Rocky Brands interview questions

HR began the interview and asked some generic questions first. I did not feel like these questions helped me in any way. It was a super sterile first 10 or 15 minutes until the relevant department manager hopped on the call to continue the interview.

Had an initial interview with HR, then met with the hiring managers/teams. Thought it went well but weeks went by of chasing HR for an update, with the same response that they’re wrapping interviews and a decision will be made within the week. Never heard back and decided a company like this isn’t worth chasing when they don’t value potential talent with any correspondences
