Recruiter from the company messaged me on Linkedin to consider applying. Had an informal call/facetime with co-founder of company and scheduled an in person interview that lasted close to 2 hours. I practically met all senior staff in the office (retelling my story). Then I had a final video interview with the reporting manager.
