A two step interview process: on the first day, we discussed the restaurant in general and what they would expect from me, as well as what I should expect from them. We also discussed my application.
The second day included more specific questions about myself and my working experience.

Interview
Interview short, but thorough. Asked a wide variety of questions. Interviewer was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Management really seems like they know what they're doing when it comes to hiring.
