Initial phone conversation with a recruiter - they asked straight-forward role-specific technical questions. Moved on to a virtual interviewer with hiring manager - they asked more challenging questions to probe around philosophies of practice. Final stage was an in-person interview day, which included classroom observations, and round robin interviewing.
