Muy poca flexibilidad a la hora de elegir la hora de las entrevistas, sin tener en cuenta que yo estaba trabajando en otra empresa y con un horario poco flexible. Ambas entrevistas fueron conversaciones de 20 minutos tanto con los jefes de departamento como con los directores. Muy prepotentes. Supongo que forma parte de la personalidad de la empresa. En ningún momento te hacen sentir cómodo durante la entrevista, la conversación es condescendiente, casi esperan que les des la enhorabuena por la antipatía.

Interview
I was contacted by the company without sending any application. I had already a job, but I was open to new opportunities. I took time out of my busy schedule to be present at the interviews i made it until the final stage, it lasted almost a hour ,and then they disappeared. I think that you describe yourself like a good company, you should at least take 2 minute of your time to give a feedback and explain the reason of your choice positive or negative that could be. It means just be RESPECTFUL about the people and their time. If you cannot do that, I'm happy I wasn't your choice. Good luck.
