I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Rock and Roll Daycare (Cambridge, MA) in Jul 2014
Interview
The CEO, Director and Assistant Director were part of the process. They asked questions related to my background relevant to the position, as well as questions about childcare, teaching, DEEC compliance, and ideas related to the position. It was friendly and straightforward. Unfortunately I never actually got the job for which I applied. Instead I was teacher, manager, but never really had a say in programming and didn't do a lick of research.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rock and Roll Daycare (Cambridge, MA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Phone screening, 2 rounds, I took a personality test and a typing test. The interview itself was pretty standard, they use a script to ask a series of questions about teaching, behavior, and core values.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rock and Roll Daycare (East Cambridge, MA) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview included the following elements: a phone interview, an in-person interview, and a work trial in the center. The work trial seemed a bit lengthy in determining whether I could teach or not (a week?!?!, not 2 hours?!?), and I have my suspicions as to whether this was to fill vacancies in their classrooms because we were paid work trial employees.
