Most of their job postings are not for actual positions. In short, they sell DirecTV at Costco. The first interview is ten minutes and consists of very simple questions. If they call you back the next interview consists of them going over the job description and what the job actually consists of.

It was extremely short. There are a few rounds, and they don't tell you much about the daily activities required even when asked about them. I stopped after the first rounds, but you may be required to do three if you want the job.
