Rock Island Arsenal interview questions

Submitted application online and received a call for an in-person interview that lasted approximately 30 minutes. I was offered a position a few weeks later. I interviewed with two individuals from the department.

Oddly enough, there was no interview. I got a call a few weeks after I applied that made a tentative offer of the job, and I was told that a permanent offer would be made once I had finished the background check. I was surprised there was no interview at all but apparently, it is not unusual for the government to hire outside candidates in this manner.
