I signed up to shadow on the unit at a career fair. I was interviewed by the nurse manager before the shadow, shadowed three nurses for a total of about 4 hours to see how the floor was. I then had a peer interview with 3 nurses and was offered a job on the spot.

I was interviewed via a Skype call, it was very smooth process. They are very accommodating. The recruiter working with me is amazing too. They do pretty quick follow up.

I met with the nurse manager and two other colleagues. After the interview, I shadowed another nurse around the unit. I was asked normal interview questions, tell me about yourself, strength, weakness, why Rochester, etc etc. The individuals I met with were all very nice.
