      Service Delivery Manager Interview

      Jun 15, 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Roboyo in Apr 2025

      Interview

I applied online and was reached out to a week later for an interview. The interviewer was very nice, but I felt they did not explain the job description to him well. For example, the job mentions "low-code" applications. I had reviewed this in the job description prior but I still asked what examples of this would be so I could give my best answer. He was unable to give me examples so I don't think my answers reflected what the hiring team was looking for. He was very kind and did answer me each time I asked for an update. He eventually said they ended up closing the job but I believe it was reposted again. Think he was just trying to spare my feelings. I think the hiring team needs to make sure the recruiter can answer questions about the role. Give them a prep sheet, not just the job description.
