HR team conducted a site interview. Been interviewed by the ff : 1. HR Associate 2. HR Supervisor 3. HR Manager 4. Chief Engineer 5. Hotel Manager You will also be having an exam then will be invited to the main office located at Ortigas.

Common question like: Tell me about yourself? Why should we hire you? How do you see yourself 5 years from now?
The process took about 2 weeks. Interview was ok. Questions were more on the personal side of the interviewee. You’ll know that you qualify if they let you wait for a couple of minutes after the interview because you’ll be answering an online assessment for further qualifications.
