I was messaged on LinkedIn by the recruiter for the open role. I was hesitant and let the recruiter know it was not in my salary range. She requested I interview anyways as I guess there was wiggle room.
Set up interview for next day at 11. No call. I wait 10 minutes and then email the recruiter asking if she needs to reschedule. She says she called *and* left a voicemail. I tell her I did not receive a call or voicemail but can I call her now at the number in her email - bear in mind there is still 15-20 minutes of our set aside time remaining. I was still willing to go through with the interview despite the confusion around whether or not she called me(very strange that I didn't show a missed call or voicemail)
She ghosted me after that. Just ignored my email and moved on. Very unprofessional and extra annoying since I initially declined the interview.
It's a shame too, seems like a cool company.
Three interviews with executive team, easy process and fair questions. Be prepared to meet the entire team and explain your experience. Phone screening and two in person interviews. Recruiting team was nice
