Robert Paul Properties interview questions

The interview process was straightforward. I conducted a phone interview with an HR person, and then came in person (drove nearly an hour) for a second round in person interview. I was promised to at least receive an email by the end of the week, and never did. I was completely ghosted by this company, despite putting quite a lot of effort into the interview process. To me, this means that they do not value people, and I believe I dodged a bullet by not getting a job offer from an employer who ghosts candidates weeks into the interview process.
