      Question 1

What can you offer us that others can't?  What are the three things your former supervisor would like you to improve?  Do you want to move? Are you ready to travel?  Tell me about the achievement you are most proud of. Tell me about the case when you made a mistake. What kind of job do you dream of? How did you find out about this position? What would you like to achieve in the first 30/60/90 days at work? Discuss your education. Describe yourself.  Tell us how you coped with a difficult situation. Why should we hire you?  Why are you looking for a new job?  Would you work on holidays/ weekends? What would you do with an angry or angry customer? What are your salary requirements? Remember one case when you went beyond the requirements of the project. Who are our competitors? What was your biggest failure?  What motivates you?  How available are you for work?  Do you have a mentor? Tell me about a case where you disagreed with your boss. How do you cope with pressure? What is the name of our CEO? What are your career goals? What makes you get up in the morning?  What would your subordinates say about you? What were the strengths and weaknesses of your bosses?  If I called your boss right now and asked him/her in which area you could improve, what would he/she say? Are you a leader or a follower?  What was the last book you read for fun? What worries you about your work colleagues? What are your hobbies? What is your favorite website?  What would you be uncomfortable with at work? What is your leadership experience/ What is your leadership style? How would you fire someone?  What do you like most and least about working in this industry?  Would you work 40+ hours a week?
