The interview started fine. I was asked about one of my projects, but i
didn t had any complex project, so the interview was more about them asking some questions. The questions were fine, but i just wasn t prepared.

There is a first step that is an online assessment.
After that, you get an interview regarding the field you applied for, usually with a potential team member. In my case, for software tool development, the questions were from specific things from java, c/c++ and python, as well as programming concepts and some small practical problems.

Question 1
They asked about the difference between arrays and lists in python.
The interview was a valuable learning experience for me, although I must admit that I underestimated its difficulty and didn't dedicate sufficient time to prepare. One major disadvantage I encountered was the lack of substantial projects to discuss, as having a project would have allowed me to showcase my practical skills and potentially reduce the number of technical questions I faced.
