Technical interview The interview was a bit too formal, I was directly asked about things about myself and motivation, the interviewer didn't introduce herself and no small-talk or warm up question was asked to de-stress the mood, she went directly into her questions right away. She was late 3 minutes (not that much but the delay wasn't explained or addressed in any way).
