They asked for a page that detailed a set of requirements and how I met them. Was straightforward but they didnt get back to me in time. I had an offer by the time they reverted. Not fast at picking up interested employees.

Interview
The process consisted of a formal interview and factory tour. The formal interview consisted of a panel of individuals asking questions. Each person in the panel asked different questions and all gauged responses. The tour was very impressive.
