Interview
Written online test- technical and aptitude. Shortlisted candidates called for technical+HR interview. The first round of online tests was conducted at different locations across India, with 2000+ applicants. It had two parts- technical on mechanical basics, and aptitude test with quantitative and vocabulary questions. This round was held in April. Shortlisted candidates (a few hundred) were informed and called for personal interview in the Bangalore office. 90 Graduate Apprentices were selected after this round and informed in July end. Started working in August end.
Deep technical knowledge was tested Interviewers were very friendly. Difficult yet very efficient interview. HR round was very easy but technical round was conducted for 50 minutes in total. Whole interview process took only one day.

The first round was aptitude which was at my college... Then the next round was technical + HR at their office at Bangalore
Be well prepared for all the basic electrical concepts(asked me very basic questions like what is current?, differences between Electrical and Electronics) and you should be thorough with the projects n that's it
HR was very friendly... She asked me common questions like why bosch? Ehat do you know about bosch?

Not Difficult but not easy either. Includes both technical and HR. Candidates from all over India Proficiency in English is a MUST. Fair knowledge in domain is essential as everyone inside is highly skilled and knowledgeable in their domain
