Interview
Had the initial screen with the recruiter then 30 min phone call with the hiring manager. Finished off with a 5 hour panel interview by zoom. Everyone was extremely nice and very personable. The recruiter was on top of it and said I would hear back within a week. She held her word and called. Unfortunately they were looking for someone with more tech experience but I was told my feedback was positive.

Short, Rushed, and inconclusive. The hiring team asked a few questions in regards to the job. 2nd interview was scheduled within the same week. The recruiter sent a follow up text message but then there was no follow up.

Interview
I had a few interviews that went well. In the third interview, they said they wanted me to move to the next round and described the next interviewer in detail as well as what the rest of the process would look like. They said they’d reach out to schedule in a few days and then I never heard anything again. I followed up to check in and didn’t receive a reply. Totally understand that things may change, but a response would have been appreciated.
