Interview
After applying, was contacted by a recruiter to get more information. Recruiter did not reply to emails outside of scheduling to interview with the hiring manager. The manager seemed disinterested from the beginning, and appeared to take the interview from their living room couch. There was no feedback from the recruiter after the interview, just an automated generic reply from the system that there were other better suited candidates.

HM virtual meeting basic engineering questions about production line and equipment. And behavior questions . Not difficult just I was just not prepared as I'm just wondering how the market look

Interview
Recruiter never showed up or followed up after setting up an interview for several weeks. Easy STAR based behavioral situations but lack of active communication from the recruiter really put me off.
Recruiter interview followed up by manager interview. Presentation to panel. Then individual interviews with each member followed up by a final interview with the director. Good processed though very time consuming.
