I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rivian (Irvine, CA) in Dec 2021
Interview
1. 30 Minute Phone Screen - Recruiter

3. 2hr Presentation/Interpersonal Skills/Technical Application (20 minutes to present technical project, 10 minutes Q&A, 45 Minutes 1on1 Soft Skills Questions, 45 Minutes 1on1 Technical Application/Scenario Based Questions)
Only qualm with the process is the length. Nearly 4 hours in total interview time with very short turn around between interviews is tough.
