1.Call from recruiter
2.Round 1 with Manjfacturing engineer
3.4 hour Zoom interview with panel and 1:1
4.Senior Manager zoom interview
5.Zoon call with Director for ME
6.Zoom call with Hiring manager
The whole process took 2 months. While there were a lot of rounds for the interview, it felt like they were trying to find the right fit/team for me, as they had multiple open positions.

HM virtual meeting basic engineering questions about production line and equipment. And behavior questions . Not difficult just I was just not prepared as I'm just wondering how the market look

Interview
Recruiter never showed up or followed up after setting up an interview for several weeks. Easy STAR based behavioral situations but lack of active communication from the recruiter really put me off.
Recruiter interview followed up by manager interview. Presentation to panel. Then individual interviews with each member followed up by a final interview with the director. Good processed though very time consuming.
