Interview
Half day interview consisting of 6 different sessions. 4 are general applicant background and behavioral questions. 1 is a technical knowledge test and 1 is a case study.
They didn't have their act together and had a hard time getting people to join the interview. It was a very unprofessional setting with some sessions starting late and being interrupted partway through by random people joining.
They are VERY snobby and overly proud of themselves. If you dont have a top 20 MBA, an athletic and attractive, youthful, outdoorsy appearance you might as well skip it. Also if you have a family and/or can't commit to 80 hour weeks for less than top notch pay, save your time and look elsewhere.

Interview
Spoke to a person currently in the role I was applying for. Interviewer spent a few minutes talking about his background before asking me to talk through mine. Interviewer seemed new to the interview process and didn’t seem prepared or engaged. I expanded on my skill set and knowledge in the next 15 minutes. Received rejection email next morning.
