      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Riverside.FM in Nov 2025

      Interview

Interview process consisted of 5 rounds + technical assignment. It lasted around 3 weeks. Overall the process was smooth, I was greatly assisted by Kourtney (Talent Acquisition) who was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process, and a joy to work with.

      Interview

The interview process itself was clear and straightforward. I really appreciated that they didn't waste any time, and that they were very clear as to where I stood in the process. I also received regular updates from my recruiter, oftentimes minutes after completing an interview round. All in all, it was a smooth process which I enjoyed from start to finish. I rated the interview difficulty as "Difficult" only because you can't just breeze through it. They expect you to come prepared and they ask tough, but fair questions. The take-home assignment requires critical thinking, but they give ample time for completion.

      Question 1

I was asked to do a mock cold call on the fly without any prep beforehand. However, I was given a few minutes to gather my thoughts during the interview.

      Application

      Interview

I would describe it as fair, challenging, transparent and structured. From the very beginning, Kourtney was extremely straightforward about what all the different steps were going to be. I'm typically used to long silences and uncertainty, but Riverside completely erases the guessing game by keeping you in the loop. That is such a big relief, and makes the process feel so much more fair. I thought the interview process was long with many different rounds, and this actually really helped me get a great understanding of what I was in for. All the interviewers, the hiring manager, were extremely informative and gave me a great understanding of the company culture. I also thought the interviews were reasonably challenging, difficult enough to filter for a standard of performance but easy enough to not have any unfair curveballs thrown at you. By far one of the smoothest interview processes I've had.
