Brief, I was escorted to the consultation room where I was asked various questions about my work ethic, why I would be a good fit for the position, and how much I expected to be paid.

the interview process was informal and quick. The first interview was with the hiring manager. The second one was with 2 potential colleagues. They did not do much follow up afterwards, so not sure why I was rejected.
