I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rite Aid (Worcester, MA) in Aug 2013
Interview
Hiring process was a bit dragged out. I had to keep post-poning the interview with the Store Manager because she was either going away on Vacation without telling me or was up to some other odd thing. I felt like when we actually got together to have the interview she wasn't as prepared as could be.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rite Aid (Manchester, NH) in Aug 2024
Interview
pretty meh if i say so myself it only took like half an hour so there's that the interveiwer was alright but it could have been better but all around it wasn't a horrbile experiance
They had me come in for an in-person interview. The lady to conducted the interview was kind and professional but at the end she told me I was overqualified. She was kind when she told me but it still didn't feel the greatest. I liked that she was up front with me and didn't leave me waiting to hear back about the position.

Describe your past job experience and why it makes you a good fit for us.
Pretty simple, screening call then hiring manager interview. Screening took about 15 minutes and manager one was just verifying qualifications. After that you fill out forms and set up a schedule.
