I knew the PIC at the store near my house. She called another store an got me hired. The hiring process for me was extremely easy. "It's who you know" All I had to do was a drug test and background before I could start working toward my career as a pharmacist.
Standard interview process. Asked about myself and my experience. Typical questioning about pharmacy background. Wasn’t very long process. Went well no complaints that I can remember. Thank you very much.

A short 5-10 minute interview with the pharmacist manager. They may ask you about your math capabilities, but overall short. No multiple rounds or excessive prying of the candidate. Overall, quite simple.
