I first got an interview over a teams meeting after about a month after initially applying. Following that, I received no follow up until I followed up, about 3 weeks later. I then had a teams meeting with one of her coworkers that was not on the team. Following that teams meeting, she finally emailed me after that and said they weren't interested. Overall, a poor experience and it felt very disorganized.
