Initial Screening: The first round was a call with the recruiter. It included basic screening questions about my background, experience, and interest in the role.
Technical and Behavioral Interview: The second round was with the Director of Data Science, who is also the hiring manager. This round combined technical and behavioral questions, focusing on my technical expertise and problem-solving skills as well as how I collaborate in team settings.
Take-Home Project Presentation: The third round involved presenting a take-home Python project. I was asked to solve a given problem, analyze data, and then present my solution, code, and findings during the interview.
Behavioral Interview with Executive Team: The final round was with a member of the executive team and focused entirely on behavioral questions. This round assessed my cultural fit and alignment with the company’s values and vision.
