Passed through a round of interviews to be given a task to do. Not a quick task, included multiple questions and a pitch deck for a client. However, I sent this over and was ghosted by the team. Fair enough if I was not successful but after spending time putting this presentation together, the least I would expect is a 'sorry, this isn't what we're looking for'. I chased multiple times and was ignored every time - this has never happened to me in my entire career. Shows a real lack of respect for people and your time, glad I didn't continue this process with them if this is how they treat people.
