The first interview was a 30 minute panel interview with 5 people present. The second interview was a one-hour interview with 5 people present. There was a gap of one week between the first and second interview and about a month and a half before an offer was made. They were unorganized, I had a full time job but they wanted me to accept the position without knowing my salary, I did not. The background check took way to long. When the check came back I had to negotiate my salary.
