I applied online, and within a few days I was called in for an interview. The interview itself took about 30 minutes, with basic interview questions. After a few days the manager called me back and offered me the position.

very easy, calming atmosphere, the process was a one on one and very simple to the point questions. No pressure to answer question in any type of way. Management explained a day in life of a cashier of rickers.
