Richmond Professional Lab interview questions

Applied, got a call back the day of. Interview came swiftly and I overdressed for the position - everyone else was dressed fairly casually, but the interviewer was nice and personable and we got through it with minimal awkwardness. Did not get the position but was impressed with the work environment and the old building seems like a lot of fun.
