Candidates were asked to prepare a the case study. There was a very clear brief from the team that needed to be answered with a limit to the number of slides. Questions were asked throughout and then a few more CV related questions followed at the end. Good process and meeting.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Richmond Marketing (Dublin, Dublin) in Sep 2022
Interview
They moved fast but in doing so only gave 3 days to pull together a full creative proposal for the brand. The interview went really well and I had put a lot of work into it on top of working my own job. They said they were extremely impressed and would be in touch quickly. I presumed I had the job because of their feedback but then the recruiter said they said no. I asked him to go back and ask for feedback and they literally came back with nothing. All very misleading and confusing.
