The interview process was endlessly long. Handled by a very dedicated recruiter based in France that, at times, was a bit too much. She was providing feedback after every interview sometimes calling me out of the blue and giving details that were not relevant and that confused me a bit. I passed 6 video interviews and then I was invited to their headquarters in Geneva for a final round of interviews. I think that was an unnecessary trip since I could feel the decision of not hiring me has been already made. It was an interesting experience but my feedback is to be more mindful of people’s time and life next time.
