Interview
Zoom interview with the HR coordinator and HR specialist. But the HR specialist never attended. Interview was like a scipt. Wasn’t much of a room to discuss... more of a ask questions only. Very cold interview and didn’t look professional.
Was told that they will get back with next steps.
A week later I still didn’t hear from them so I sent a follow up email. But didn’t get anything back. It’s been 2 weeks now I havnt heard from them.

As of right now I have only done the virtual interview. The person I talked to was very sweet and personable. The interview was quick and they stated they would reach back out to me for a second interview. I did not hear from them even after a follow-up email. The interview was still a good experience for me.
Very conversational, mostly asked questions based on my experience and technical skills; also asked some strategic questions for recruitment that could align with the company's values. There were two recruiters in the first round, one recruiter for the sales reps in the maisons and the other for corporate talent acquisition; they explained the global HR direction for Richemont and how the recruiting process and employer branding differs based on the maisons' autonomy

Well planned out, and asked questions about me. I felt they wanted to get to know me to see if I was a good fit fit the role. The interview was straight to the point
