I applied online. I interviewed at Richard Allen (White Plains, NY)
Interview
Two rounds via zoom. I decided not to go with the opportunity, not sure if they would do a third round in person. Very nice people, I wish them all the best
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Richard Allen (White Plains, NY) in Aug 2024
Interview
They first pitch it as a job where you are speaking with clients, supporting the team doing analysis, and learning other fields but its just a Sales Job. Every job from this company is a sales job. You will be doing Door to Door, expected to make 12 Sales a month, training is $500 a week, and they want you to be a manager 6 months in. I’m not sure who I spoke to but he felt very flat and it was awkward he lacked the desire to make proper conversation and just looked tired and like he wanted to be somewhere else. I made it to round 2 and realized I was not told the truth about the position so I told them via email that this position is not for me. Listen to the reviews and don’t waste your time. The interview questions were repetitive almost like are you sure you want to do this?! If you like door to door sales this job is for you, but I see myself doing more.
