I had a first round with the hiring manager Amanda on Wednesday. It was very simple and comfortable to speak with her. It was informative on the company and the position I applied for. I received a phone call later in the day offering me a second round interview and was very eager about the opportunity. I met with one of the campaign managers and they informed me of their daily duties and were able to inform me of the entire company business model. I felt that the second round interview was the most challenging of the 3 interviews because I was challenged on my leadership skills. I then spoke with Amanda in a third round interview and was offered a position and looked forward to putting in my 2 weeks at my current employer.
