Interview
I submitted an application and then went in for a single interview. I interviewed with the entire administrative staff first (roughly 12 people) and then with the directors. I then received a call about a week later and was offered the position.

Interview
The Mcnair center of Baker Institute at Rice wants a student to do graphic work for them. In the interview they took a look at my portfolio and asked me how many hours could I work per week. The interview went really well.
