I have a 10+ years of work experience. After being an early applicant, I received a screening call from Ria's Tech recruiter, who was apparently an ex-Meta recruiter. She was impressed by my skillset and the Hiring Manager decided to interview me in 3 days time. To my disappointment, even though the 45 min technical interview was on Teams that went well with the Hiring Manager, the portal showed my application was unsuccessful in just 2 hours. The hiring manager had asked me very simple questions and I couldn't believe my eyes. It was utterly disappointing and I feel my interview was just taken for the heck of it and the Hiring Manager already had someone else in her mind for the role. Also, the requirements and qualifications mentioned in the work description did not match what I was being asked, because the Hiring Manager started asking me quantitative and probability questions too in-between, whereas the qualification mentioned all about Agile, SQL, VISIO, Documentation, and all! One of the worst interviews it was now I feel and I am glad I did not have to work with one such manager who posts requirements on Agile whereas the project was following Waterfall!
