Interview
The interview process is very quick and relatively painless. There were a few other people waiting to be interviewed as well but the receptionist said they were hiring for a few different positions so that's to be expected. It's a three round interview process where you really get to see behind the scenes of the business. You get the chance to meet not only the CEO but also one of the campaign managers. They're very up front about the fact that it's not a glamorous 9-5 position but there's a lot of room for growth during the training program.

Interview
I came in for an interview at 9:45 to find four other applicants waiting ahead of me. While waiting, the secretary made sever callbacks offering interviews and gave the exact same spiel for each of them, except for the job title. Ex; "Hi my name is Jesse, with Rhythm Events, and I was calling because I received your application for [Customer Service Representative/Assistant Marketing Manager/Event Planner]. That is a full time position, and we are looking for someone who can begin within the next two weeks. We also do require that all of our [position] have their own form of transportation. Does that work for you?" The only part of the speech that changes is the job title, suggesting that all the job postings are for the same position, they just name it different to attract different people.
The actual job is lead generation/outside sales, not whatever else they call it. It's low base pay (near minimum wage) and a chance of commission. It's not a pyramid scheme, but it's not far off. This really is the 'fast food' of sales and marketing, so if you're just starting out its probably fine, but if you've got a college education or more than a year of experience, you can probably do better. I left after my interviewer was over twenty minutes late to speak with me.

Interview
Three round interview. First round is just to weed out the very weak and those you basically have no work experience that is beneficial have terrible communication skills and are not able to do the basic job functions. Second round is at the location of an event and you watch what the reps are doing and then learn about how easy it is to advance in the company. Before the second round interview you had to do a background check. Round three is about how well you retained the information from the second round and why you want to be a part of the company.
