Interview
Extremely long process, which is fine but when you have to constantly chase at each stage because of the unprofessionalism and how unorganised the recruitment team are it is not a great experience.
The process involved initial screening call, analytical home task, problem solving interview and a final bar raiser interview. Post passing the bar raise interview I get a call from the Revolut recruiter and given a verbal offer subject to terms of compensation. I am then asked Salary expectation and told we will get back to you with a package and written offer. Couple weeks of chasing and not hearing back, I finally get through and am told they want me to have a "chat" with Head of Operational Risk. I had the chat and then again after some more chasing I am told they want me to have another "chat" with Group Treasurer. Again I comply and talk with him. For both "chats" I asked the recruiter are these interview or just a more generic chat and should I be preparing for these as an interview? Recruiter advises me I do not need to prepare and it is just a chat to get to know me more. Turns out they were in fact interviews and I am asked many interview questions which to be honest I had not prepared for as advised.
After both "chats" or rather interviews, I received no word for over 2 weeks of constant chasing. Finally after going through someone else in the recruitment team I get a generic email to say they will no longer be progressing my application forward. After the entire process of which took longer than 2 months and receiving a verbal offer to be given a generic rejection email. It was incredibly unprofessional and I felt misled by the Revolut recruiter.
Definitely would not recommend wasting your time going through the process.

Proceso extremadamente largo con múltiples entrevistas y test de personalidad.
La cultura corporativa incluye revisiones de individuales de rendimiento y sueldo cada tres meses por lo que se intuye un ambiente de continua presión y micromanaging. He recibido comentarios al respecto de personas que están dentro.
Si no supera el test de personalidad tienes que esperar 3 meses para volver a participar en otro proceso.

La primer entrevista es con HR quien hace una introduccion del rol al que estas aplicando y luego te pide que te presente y cuentes tu experiencia.
La siguiente entrevista es un test psicometrico en el cual testean 40 pregunta en 20 minutos .
La siguiente entrevista es sobre resolucion de problemas. Dura 45 minutos y te ofrece informacion de antemano para preparate.
