Thank you for your honest and thorough feedback. We appreciate your taking the time to let us know about your experience. We want to emphasise that experience is not standard at Revolut, and we train our recruiters to have empathy and respect for our candidates, their effort, and their time.
We have been going through some internal restructuring through the first six months of this year, including making decisions about the business need for some roles in the short term. This can sometimes mean closing a position whilst we are in the recruitment process with some candidates. We will pass on your feedback so that our recruiters can be offered better support on how to engage with candidates on difficult topics such as positions being closed in the short term.
