I applied online. An interview was scheduled. There was some difficulty on their end with viewing my portfolio which got resolved. The day before my interview, I was sent a cancellation and a standard rejection email. I understand that the job market is competitive and my portfolio probably didn’t measure up to other candidates, however, perhaps the portfolio review should come before scheduling the interview. Extremely disappointed with this experience.
