"Passed" the initial HR phone screening and was scheduled to have an initial phone conversation with the hiring manager. Date and time came.....no call. Reached out to the HR contact who scheduled another date and time for the call (without any acknowledgement that their person had failed to make the first call and failed to let anyone know). Ok, these things happen. That date and time arrived....and no phone call. I emailed and left voice messages for the HR contact who never returned them. Has to be one of the worst interactions I have ever had with a company looking to fill an open position.
