I submitted my application for the role in September 2023 and I wanted to provide some feedback on my application and interview journey. Initially, the role was advertised as part-time, which I was comfortable with. I received a communication from them indicating that my resume had passed the initial screening, and they proposed a "Discovery Call." During our conversation, they mentioned that it might evolve into a full-time position, which I was open to as well. However, this situation revealed some inconsistencies and uncertainty within the organization. Following my initial conversation with them, I was invited to a second interview involving three individuals, and the interview itself went smoothly with everyone involved. The following week, I received a job offer. However, on the day I was expected to accept the offer, I was asked to temporarily hold off on signing it as they had some additional questions to address before finalizing the offer. This raised some concerns and left me feeling uneasy about the situation; it appeared somewhat dubious. I suggested that we schedule a discussion to address the questions and concerns. They responded by saying, "We have a meeting tomorrow, and I will provide an update after that." Again, this seemed questionable to me. The following day, I waited for their email update, and as the business day neared its end, I decided to send an email around 4 PM, requesting an update. Their response arrived at 5 PM, stating that they had decided to take a different approach with the job description and position, consequently rescinding their offer. I found this turn of events to be highly unprofessional and questionable in terms of their conduct. While this is my personal experience, I would advise anyone considering an offer from this company to exercise caution, as they appear to be unreliable and unprofessional in their decision-making processes.
