1st Round: 30 minute interview with HR over the phone.
2nd Round: In person, following a tour of the office; 3 back to back 30 minute interviews with the Hiring Manager, the Hiring Manager's Manager and another Product Category Merchant peer.
Then the Hiring Manager asked that I complete a retail math pop quiz comprised over several word problems. I had no problem with taking the quiz but 10 minutes in, the Hiring Manager took it away from me, told me that he didn't know what the answers to the questions were and escorted me out. This was a massive red flag for me personally.
Other than that it was actually a pleasant interview experience and the conversations were productive and engaging.
I withdrew my application after the quiz debacle. Upon notifying HR of my withdrawal, they did not inquire as to why which was a small red flag.
