As an organisation we pride ourselves on always striving to better and in 2023 our standard recruitment process has 3 stages:
- telephone screening call - with an experienced member of our HR team to learn about the candidate, their strengths and interest in the role. Also to answer any questions about the role. This stage, alongside CV and covering letter helps inform our interview selection decisions.
- stage 1 - first interview with our HR Team and the Department Head. We like to ask questions that allow people to demonstrate how their experience and strengths may be a match to the role. It's all about getting to know the candidate better and making sure they know all about the Rettie and the team so they can make an informed decision too.
Stage 2 - this is usually with the Department Head and another member of the team where there is a vacancy. This might include some skills assessments if relevant to the role.
