Started with a phone interview leading to a scheduled 60-minute in-person interview that went over by 45 minutes. Afterward, an assignment was given and two weeks after that another 90-minute interview. Upon offering me a job, Retrieve then revoked it because the start date I told them did not match their need to have someone now. A point that was not mentioned by them during the entire interview process. Leaving me to believe they need anyone, not the right one. Retrieve is an early stage startup with limited benefits and total compensation package, who leave no room for negotiation during the hiring process. Big vision and seemingly solid technology. Believers with immediate availability should consider this position.
