Phone screen with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, and then "digital onsite" - aka a 4-hour panel of peer interviews.
The recruiting missed my first call, was ten minutes late the the second and then "passed me along with such a strong conviction" after barely listening to anything about my past roles/interest.
Hiring manager has publicly tweeted about incompetent candidate pool when interviewing in the past, but I went in with an open mind. All questions were very negative in their nature: what is your biggest weakness? where do you need to grow? etc.
